How to get there
6:00 AM Friday, December 11, 2009 Hey people, this last minute update is to give you the directions, By bus to Wesley Methodist Church. From Choa Chu Kang Interchange, Take bus 190 towards New Bridge Road, Each bus departs approximately every 3 minutes. Following a 40 minute ride, Get off at Hotel Rendezvous. Unfortunately there's no bus to get you to the church itself, So from here onwards, You'll have to walk. From Hotel Rendezous, walk towards the YMCA building. Behind it should be Wesley Methodist Church. The whole journey should take about 49 minutes. [All details are taken from Google maps] And if you ever get lost, Just Sms me and I'll send you the directions. A Very Happy Dismembered Remembered December Birthday To! -------- Sean - 2nd Jia Hui - 19th Yu Feng - 28th -------- Which ends off the year's final tally with Yu Feng being the youngest in our class. Oh and yes, I added random almost rhyming words to the birthday wish. And now, for three gentle reminders for the absent minded. Firstly, the meeting time and place, For tomorrow's class outing is Lot 1 Macdonald's, 10:45am. Either that or you could get yourself to The Cathay by about 11:50. Secondly, the day for the submission of your camp reflections was today, For those of you who missed this date, Please hand in your camp reflections by this Sunday. Further details will be in your Lead.com account. Lastly, Ms Chan's wedding is this Saturday, Wesley Methodist Church, 5 Fort Canning Road. Please bring your invitation cards. And in response to many questions to me in which most of you go, "OMG, really cannot wear black ar?" Yes, you can wear black. Also, don't wear anything too fancy, Glamorous or "OMG, SO NICE." This Saturday will be Ms Chan's time to shine so don't play pang. Mind your manners and etiquette., We're going to a Wedding! Most importantly, Bring a smile, weddings are supposed to be happy occations. It's a little late but it's not OVER
8:01 AM Thursday, December 3, 2009 Sorry people, Was out the whole day, Anyway, after some discussion, Clement has sent me the summary of the details, Of next week's Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious 3C class outing... And here are the details. The 3C Class Outing Meeting time: Meeting Place: Choa Chu Kang Macdonald's Dresscode: Freestyle! But presentable enough for Orchard Road. Mood: "OMG this is so awesome" Main Area of Function: The Cathay We'll be eating Ice Cream, While waiting for everyone to get to Choa Chu Kang. Preferably we'll be able to reach The Cathay by 12pm, Where we'll be eating at Astons. As to what movie we're watching, It's still a work in progress, Timing will be varied, So in the meantime, please state your opinion in the class tagboard. Following the movie, we'll hang out, shop and et cetera. And also we can chill at the Ben & Jerry's there. (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) Oh and the estimated expenditure for this outing is about $30. Don't ask me why, ask Clement. People who have confirmed that they are coming: Evan, Clement, Ryan, Roy Haziq, Tricia. Sorry if it's kind of last minute but the date for the outing, Will be on the 10th of December, Next Thursday. For now, all we'll be giving you will be the date of the outing, We'll have further details out on the blog by tomorrow. But, while me and Clement send our drafts and proposals back and forth, Please RSVP ( That means you have to tell us if you're coming ) Hopefully most of us will be able to make it for this outing, Especially since it will help us to bond as a class, Before we start mugging and turning anti-social, Or before we go to Ms Chan's wedding NEXT SATURDAY!!!
